HIRED.com is a leading online recruitment company that matches ‘outstanding people with the world’s most innovative companies’, so when they got in touch with an upcoming event, we figured it’d be a pretty decent match.
Sponsors of the first ever Techday London conference, Hired wanted to collect data from delegates for their database. They wanted to engage with the huge number of attendees expected and capture data without it feeling too intrusive at the busy event.
We came up with the idea to swap them a professional headshot in return for some deets. The headshot was to be LinkedIn and HIRED.com worthy, allowing live sharing and seamless data capture.
Our mini two-lane studio was fully kitted out with distinctive lit-up Mirror Photo Booths. One, to nab the attendees’ attention; two, to check out their look.
Our team helped attendees nail the shot by building a friendly rapport – as always! We love to chat – and helped them email their new profile photos to themselves via a custom branded Minisite where those all-important details were captured.
The result was a constant stream of engaged attendees, checking themselves out and more than happy to give us some top-level information in return for the shot that would hopefully get them hired.
